Vi søger en Financial Controller. Den person, vi søger, skal have en solid

regnskabserfaring fra den finansielle branche, og være med til at sikre stabile

og effektive operationelle processer samt være en del af vores løbende

I rollen som Financial Controller får du et stort ansvar for at hjælpe forretningen

til at få valide data til styring af forretningen. Vi arbejder løbende på udvikling af

vores rapportering, og i processerne der leder frem til disse, indgår også ansvar

for udarbejdelse og review af afstemninger, sikre validitet i data der leder til

rapporteringen, vedligeholdelse af interne kontroller samt måneds- og

årsafslutningsprocesser

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver:

• Controlling af balancekonti og regnskabsposter

• Udarbejdelse og review af balanceafstemninger

• Udvikling og vedligeholdelse af interne kontroller

• Procesoptimering og løbende opdatering af procesbeskrivelser

• Vedligeholdelse og implementering af controlling værktøjer

• Måneds- og årsafslutningsproces

• Supportere med input til budget- og forecast proces

• Supportere forretningen og ledelsen med analyser og ad hoc opgaver

Erfaring og kvalifikationer:

Udover en stærk faglig værktøjskasse, har du et forretningsorienteret mindset

med en naturlig nysgerrighed samt flair for løbende at effektivisere og

automatisere processerne. Du er hands-on og du får styr på detaljen uden at

miste overblikket for de store linjer. Du trives bedst i en hverdag hvor faste- og

ad-hoc opgaver går hånd i hånd og hvor indstillingen er fleksibel, pragmatisk og

ambitiøs. Nogle stikord om dig:

• Du har en stærk værktøjskasse indenfor bogføring og regnskab

• Du har forståelse for regnskabsprincipperne indenfor regnskabslov

• Du har flair for IT, særligt Excel og gerne erfaring med Navision

• Du er struktureret og analytisk stærk med god sans for at kommunikere

• Du når i mål med dine opgaver – til aftalt tid og kvalitet

• Du er vedholdende og har gennemslagskraft i samarbejdet med andre, men har

samtidig evnen til at være lydhør over for andres perspektiv og input

• Du har en relevant uddannelse, f.eks. cand.merc

Financial Controller wanted for Mano Foods ApS

We are looking for a Financial Controller. The person we are looking for must

have a solid accounting experience from the financial industry, and ensure

stable and efficient operational processes as well as be part of our ongoing

development. At Mano Foods we value interdisciplinary collaboration and

therefore your working day will also be characterized by contact with colleagues

across the entire organisation.

In the role of Financial Controller you will have responsibility for helping the

business to obtain valid data for managing business. We continously work on

the development of our reporting and in the processes that lead to these also

include the responsibilty for the preparation and review of reconciliations,

ensuring the validity of data that leads to the reporting, maintenance of internal

controls as well as month- and year-end processes.

Your primary tasks:

• Controlling of balance accounts and accounting items

• Preparation and review of balance reconciliations

• Development and maintenance of internal controls

• Process optimization and continous updating of process descriptions

• Maintenance and implementation of controlling tools

• Month- and year-end closing processes

• Support with input into the budget and forecast process

• Support the business and management with analyzes and ad hoc tasks

Experience and qualifications:

In addition to a strong and professional toolbox, you have a business-oriented

mindset with a natural curiosity and flair for continously streamlining and

automating processes. You are hands-on and get grip of the detail without

losing sight of the bigger picture. You thrive in an everyday worklife where

permanent and ad hoc tasks go hand in hand and where the attitude is flexible,

pragmatic and ambitious. A few key words about you:

• You have a strong toolbox within bookkeeping and accounting

• You have an understanding of the principles of accounting within laws of

accounting• You have flair for IT especially Excel and preferably also experience with

Navision

• You are structured and analytically strong with a good sense of communication

• You reach the goal of your tasks – within the agreed time and quality

• You are persistent and have impact when working with others, but at the same

time have the ability to be responsive to others’ perspectives and input

• You have a relevant education, e.g. Master of Science (MSc) in Economics and

Business administration
