Sean Brady Construction & Engineering is seeking to appoint an operation Manager.
Sean Brady Construction & Engineering Ltd., is based at Drumgoa, Killeshandra, Co. Cavan and have been manufacturing and erecting steel buildings since 1994. We specialise in the design & fabrication of Structural Steelwork for a variety of applications for the Agricultural, Commercial, Pharmaceutical Industrial, Food & Waste Sectors.
Over the past thirty years, the company has gained a strong reputation for quality work and attention to customer service.
Reporting to the Managing Director the Operations Manager will lead all operational functions while facilitating collaboration with other functions within the broader business as well as co-ordinate and contribute to the development and implementation of multi-faceted strategic plans facilitating sustainable, profitable growth and excellence in our customer service delivery.
The Operations Manager will be a practical experienced operations and people manager with a number of years at management level in the construction and engineering sector. They will have a strong understanding of steel construction and engineering techniques.
A market competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate.
