Vox Tech Ireland Limited  is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth delivery of audio guide devices to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing and improving processes.

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Manage client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and effective communication.

Logistics Coordination: Oversee courier bookings, equipment preparation, and coordination with hotels, client teams, and guides to ensure timely deliveries. Proactively manage and resolve logistical challenges.

Equipment & Stock Management: Prepare equipment according to client requests, manage stock levels to meet demand, and address supply chain challenges.

Quality Control: Conduct product quality checks and implement measures to enhance and maintain high standards.

Financial Tracking: Manage financial tracking related to shipments, costs, and inventory.

Team Leadership: Lead and support the operations team, utilizing leadership skills to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Safety Management: Ensure all operational practices meet safety standards, and actively monitor and address safety concerns to maintain a safe workplace.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

Skills Required:

People Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities for managing teams and client relations.

Decision-Making: Effective in making timely decisions to resolve challenges and prevent future issues.

Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Organizational Skills: Expertise in logistics, stock management, and financial tracking.

Client Relations: Experience in managing client relationships and interactions.

Attention to Detail: Precision in quality checks and financial tracking.

Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and enhancing team performance.

Financial Management: At least 1 year of experience in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and financial reporting.

Logistics Management: A minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics management.

Safety Management: Experience in overseeing and ensuring workplace safety.

Educational Requirements:

Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. Training in a human-centered discipline, particularly in leadership, team dynamics, and conflict resolution, is highly advantageous.

Experience Required:

Client Relations: At least 5 years of experience.

Financial Management: At least 1 year of experience.

Logistics Management: At least 4 years of experience.

Location: Sandymount, Dublin 4

Hours of Work: Full-time, 39 hours per week

Annual Remuneration: €34,000
