Operations and Process Supervisor. West. Irlanda

The Operations Supervisor is responsible support Manager and Assistant Manager, responsable for leading, coordinating, and monitoring the activities of a team or specific department, ensuring that operations are carried out according to the company’s established standards. The goal is to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality of results, as well as to promote a positive and safe working environment. This work will be at the company Iclean Services Ltd in the city of Galway.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the team’s performance, providing continuous feedback and support to ensure the achievement of goals.

Effectively delegate tasks, ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities.

•Support training and promote the professional development of the team.

• Plan and organize the team’s daily, weekly, or monthly activities to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

Mediate conflicts within the team in a fair and effective manner. • Implement solutions for operational or behavioral issues that may arise. Regularly communicate with management to report on operations and suggest improvements.

• Prepare detailed reports on team performance and the achievement of objectives.

• Ensure all operations comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Promote and oversee workplace safety practices to minimize the risk of accidents.
