Onbarding Specialist

Your role:

• Organize First Day of New Joiners

o Coordinate the logistics and scheduling of a seamless first day for new joiners, including organization setup, coordination with relevant teams, etc.

• Welcome New Joiners:

o Serve as the primary point of contact on the first day, warmly welcoming new employees and guiding them through their first contact with the firm

• Internship Program Management & Community Engagement:

o Act as the main point of contact for interns, providing ongoing support, answering questions, and addressing any concerns throughout their tenure

o Coordinate the trainee's community and make sure internship experience is aligned with expectations in coordination with the HRBPS and the rest of the Talent Acquisition

• Support Talent Acquisition team

o Team up with the rest of the team and support when needed in the organization and attendance of events and/or with recruitment processes

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor or Master's degree in a related field, and have at least a first experience in a recruitment role or HR project management or HR communication with a strong interest for working with people

• You have excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills;

• You are organized and able to adapt to a fast paced and demanding environment;

• You are fluent in English and French.  German language skills are a strong asset;  

• You are familiar with recruitment platforms, social networks and are IT/digital literate;

• You are an enthusiastic and proactive team player.
