Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park on tarjonnut matkailijoille ohjelmapalveluita

vuodesta 1999 Napapiirillä. Vuonna 2021 yrityksessä tehtiin sukupolven vaihdos,

kun Luxury Action Oy siirtyi luotsaamaan Arctic Circle Snowmobile Parkin

toimintaa Rovaniemellä. Saman aikaisesti avasimme myös toimipisteen Leville.

desk henkilöitä Rovaniemelle ja Leville. Oletko oma-aloitteinen, palvelualtis,

ulospäinsuuntautunut, joustava ja pystyt toimimaan hyvin paineen alla?

Työ Arctic Circle Snowmobile Parkilla on erittäin monipuolinen. Front deskillä

edellytämme erittäin hyvää asiakaspalveluhenkisyyttä ja palvelualttiutta.

Toimistotöissä käytät mm. Traviusta, Bokunia sekä vastaat sähköposteihin ja

puheluihin. Tämän lisäksi tarjolla on muitakin työtehtäviä riippuen

kokemuksestasi ja osaamistasostasi.

Emme vaadi aikaisempaa kokemusta sillä koulutamme työtehtäviin, mutta reipas

ja joustava asenne ovat kultaakin arvokkaampaa!

Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park has offered program services for tourists at the

Arctic Circle since year 1999. The company experienced a generational switch

during the year 2021 when Luxury Action Oy moved to navigate the operations

into the town of Rovaniemi. Simultaneously, we opened an office in the town of

Levi.

We are looking to recruit office workers and front desk personnel who have the

ability to tackle the trickiest of situations, to further strengthen our team for the

upcoming winter season in Rovaniemi. Are you self-initiative, flexible, able to

perform under pressure and customer-oriented?

The work at Arctic Snowmobile Park is very versatile. For the front desk we require exceptional customer service skills. At the office work you will use for example, Travius, Bokun and answer to emails and phpone calls. We offer additional tasks as well, depending on your level of experience and knowledge.

Previous work experience is not required since we offer training for the positions,

but a positive and flexible attitude goes a long way!

Skills required:

Previous work experience in tourism is a benefit

Knowledge of Lapland and especially Rovaniemi is an advantage
