Job Title: Office Administrator with Sales and Marketing
Job Description:
Hannigan Facility Services are looking to hire a part-time office administrator to work in our head office in Tougher's Business Park, Naas, Co. Kildare.
Job Specification:
The role includes but is not limited to:
General office administration including typing documents, filing, organising and managing company information and files.
Managing requests for information through email and over the phone.
Managing employee information while complying with GDPR regulations.
Must have a flare for sales as the role will involve reaching out to potential new clients and providing quotes for services.
Managing company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram including weekly content creation.
Providing support to the accounts and HR department regarding staffing and wages.
Recruitment of new staff when needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 per week
Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm / 9:30am - 2:30pm
Experience: Office administration, sales and marketing experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
