Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work as part of a team responsible for an accounting services and facilities management. This role is based in Beaumont, candidates must be able to commute to work and be willing to work evening and weekends when required. A high standard of written and spoken English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the role will include but will not be limited to:

· Responsible for receipting invoices and paying external consultants.

· Supporting team with purchases by assisting with queries on workflow and following up on sales and purchasing invoice processing payment queries.

· Assist with monthly billing and liaising with external consultants.

· Coordinate submission of various monthly/quarterly tax reports.

· Assist with ad hoc queries including tracking and monitoring debt collection and exploring issues as they arise.

· Coordinate various ad hoc finance initiatives on behalf of CEO including improvement measures / projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

· Excellent attention to detail.

· A good understanding of basic accounting and invoice processing processes.

· An ability to act independently working to solve problems and implement solutions.

· Highly motivated – be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team to deliver high quality of work to tight deadlines.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Desirable

· Experience of working with Xero
