•    Experienced Officer Admistrator with good experience in a similar role

•    Knowledge of documents contral in a busy office

•    Good attation to detail especially in relation to contract documents

•    Friendly and outgoing personality

•    Ability to work under own initiative

•    Ability to work as part of a team

•    Excellent planning and organising skills

•    Ability to work to deadlines

•    Good communicator and able to deal with customer queries on work contracts

Requirements:

•    Excellent spoken and written English

•    Excellent Excel and Word skills

•    Good standard of education

•    Good document control
