Job description
Duties & Responsabilities : The member of Compensation & Benefits team will monitor competitive trends in compensation and benefits and evaluates alternatives and costs
• He or she will develops and recommend salary policy lines, administrative procedures, incentives, bonuses, etc.He or she will partner with the broader HR and business leaders to ensure compensation programs align with business objectives; are effective in attracting, rewarding, and retaining talent; and are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• He/ she will maintain the advantages of financial performance of current compensation programs, participate in the development of innovative and competitive Compensation programs.
• He or she will work closely with the program stakeholders, to develop the scope, planning, deliverables, resource requirements and budget for Compensation and benefits digitalisation programs.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as solution providers and implementation partners to optimize collaboration and return on investment.
• Define objectives for the different program workstreams and support the teams in reaching these goals.
• Identify risks and opportunities (cross-workstream, cross-project) within the programs and act appropriately to tackle or leverage them.
• Provide progress reports to the program stakeholders. Member of Group Compensation & Benefits team / Digitalization team ArcelorMittal Luxembourg Permanent position Exempt level
• Develop and manage the budget linked to the Compensation and benefits Digitalisation activities, including the financial follow-up.
Education :
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tax or equivalent
Work experience requirements :
10 years experiences in a corporate C&B function within and international company
Experience in HR processes (operational or process design) is a requirement. This can be an experience as specialist in one of the HR processes or as an HR generalist.
Languages :
Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
Skills & Specifications :
Experience in implementing C&B digitalisation in different countries.
Experience in program or project management
Experience in change and resistance management
Experience in contract negotiations with IT providers
Very good communication skills: able to liaise with senior people with various backgrounds/nationalities
Ability to negotiate, convincing without imposing
Innovation skills: looks for efficiency, automation etc
