Project Manager New Machinery Sales (m/f/d) - Nordic

Location: Albertslund (Kopenhagen)

Your responsibilities:

- Overall project management for customer order

- Development of project schedules

- Responsibility for project success (costs, payments, deadlines and quality), as well as control and coordination of the project team and all interfaces

- Technical and commercial order clarification

- Commercial controlling of the project, deadline tracking and project reporting

- Change and claim management

- Evaluation of opportunities and risks based on the project risk assessment (PRIP)

- Coordination of escalation management; resolution of conflicts

- Execution of project reviews and exchange of experience with stakeholders

- Preparation of the construction site phase aas well as site control in close cooperation with the site manager

- Project control until defect-free handover to customer and after sales service

Your profile:

- Preferably combined technical and commercial education (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering/brewing and business administration or comparable)

- Serval years of professional experience and good knowledge of project management methods and/or technical sales desirable

- Practical experience as project manager for projects in mechanical and plant engineering, preferably in the food/beverage industry

- Knowledge of contract law

- User knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project)

- Fluent in Danish and English. Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage

- Goal-oriented and structured way of working plus ability to work in a team, assertiveness and adequate manners

- Confident, efficient time management and flexible work assignment according to project requirements
