Yocks Scooter Shop, located in Letterkenny, is seeking a skilled Electric Scooter Technician to join our growing team.  We specialize in electric scooters and ebikes, providing top-tier service and products to our community. This role is integral to our daily operations and offers a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics on electric scooters and ebikes to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.

Manage and organize stock efficiently, maintaining a well-stocked and orderly workspace.

Engage with customers by greeting them, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the appropriate products and services.

Occasionally assist in the sales of electric scooters and ebikes, providing expert advice and information to help customers make informed decisions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in electric scooter or ebike repair, or a similar field, is essential.

Strong technical and mechanical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

A team player who is also capable of working independently.
