Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

Job Description & Skills Required

PMCE require a Project Administrator with duties including: -

•     Providing administrative and financial management support to project managers.

•     Maintaining administrative records in line with the Quality Management System and assist in the continual improvement

         and optimisation of processes to achieve organisational goals.

•     Undertaking regular project-level financial & risk analysis and reporting on project performance.

•     Analyse project financial data to identify trends & risks and make recommendations for improvements.

•     Prepare regular commercial, financial and project performance reports to support decision-making by management.

•     Managing and delivering internal administrative & business development projects.

•     Providing administrative support to the senior management team.

•     Undertaking general office administration.

Qualifications and Experience

•     Degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on finance or project management.

•     Proficient in data analysis, financial forecasting and risk management.

•     Experience of working within a team.

•     Expertise in using enterprise-level software for financial reporting, billing and project tracking.

•     A knowledge of Irish and EU business regulations is desirable.

Knowledge and Skills

•     An ability to communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and managers.

•     Good spoken and written English.

•     Experience in using MS Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

•     The ability to use initiative to resolve tasks or problems that may arise.

•     Excellent time management & organisational ability.

•     An ability to adapt to new systems and drive process improvements.
