Materials Engineer - Cork - 1914. Irlanda

We are looking for an engineer on a fixed term contract with Material Science, Materials engineering or electrochemistry background. The role would be based in Cork.

The main goal is per below, we are open to this being filled by a graduate looking for an opportunity or a more experienced candidate.

Project details:

Looking to assess the corrosion resistance of material for medical devise applications

Will look at methods of improving the corrosion results of the implant through improvements the processing of the implant.

The duration of the fixed term will be likely 6-12 months. There is a chance for this role to be converted into a permanent role within this time period.
