Gourmet Food Parlour have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in food and a passion for marketing. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in implementing marketing strategies and creating visually appealing marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the restaurant chain's overall business goals.
Oversee and enhance the restaurant chain's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.
Utilize Adobe Suite to design marketing materials, including menus, brochures, posters, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that designs are visually appealing and align with the brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Create and curate engaging content to increase brand visibility and attract a larger audience. Assist in managing and updating social media platforms to promote the restaurant, events, special offers, and engage with the online community.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive marketing strategies within the hospitality industry. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to enhance marketing strategies.
Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with influencers, local businesses, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and reach. Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and crisis communication strategies.
Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to increase repeat business and customer retention.
Analyse marketing data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Oversee the development and maintenance of the restaurant chain's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support sales goals and objectives.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for new menu items, seasonal promotions, and special offers.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, including data protection and advertising standards.
Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all marketing activities and communications uphold the restaurant chain's brand values and standards.
