Marketing & Communications Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your mission: Under the supervision of our Marketing Lead, you'll work on supporting PwC Luxembourg Marketing activities, best practices and processes, coordinating tasks, prioritizing deliverables, and developing timelines. You will also support the Business in their Marketing & Communications needs, particularly for our Advisory and Assurance practices. You'll collaborate with M&C teams and Business teams to ensure that projects are on track and delivered on time, without compromising the quality.  

Be a part of a team where you will:

    Build strong relationships with the Marketing & Communications team, and the practice you work with, developing a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges and priorities;  

    Assist the Marketing Lead and our Marketers in defining, implementing and following up on various Marketing activities (lead management, targeting, marketing cloud, etc.);

    Assist in the development, execution and assessment of marketing and communication strategies and plans;

    Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other materials;

    Develop and organise client events;

    Gather, research and prepare M&C materials;

    Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, presentations,etc;

    Conduct comparative research / benchmark on marketing strategies;

    Measure, analyze client metrics: satisfaction, content usage, campaign success and make recommendations;    

    Provide a transversal administrative and ad hoc support to the M&C team when needed;

    Participate in the definition of targeting lists by using our CRM tools, monitor campaign performance and dashboards, design client journeys.

Let's talk about you.

    Have a Master's degree (bac+5 or equivalent)  in Marketing or Communications, Business development, Economics or Business administration (Ecole de Commerce, IEP, University or equivalent);  

    Have a first professional experience and/or have completed several internships;  

    Have good knowledge in Marketing tools (CRM), tactics and methodologies and a good comprehension of databases, statistics reports and analysis;  

    Show excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, any other language is an asset;  

    Are interested in working on projects within the financial services sector;

    Have excellent knowledge of MS office (Especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint);  

    Are familiar with/or are curious about customer relationship management tools;  

    Combine excellent analytical and organizational skills with curiosity, flexibility and rigor.
