Marketing and Business Development Manager-Greater China Market

Cityhome Property Management Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing and Business Development Manager -Greater China Market, have a good command in both English & Mandarin spoken and written to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth with the ability to produce high-quality content and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and follower engagement.

Responsibilities

Business development

    Proactively identify and build business partnerships with high-net-worth Chinese clients in Greater China.

    Represent Cityhome Property Management Limited at events and networking functions within Chinese and Asian communities in Ireland.

    Plan and execute online and offline events to strengthen relationships with Chinese partners and clients.

    Stay informed about the Irish real estate and property management market to identify business opportunities.

    Lead client meetings, presentations, and tastings to secure new contracts.

    Develop partnerships with Irish real estate agents and auctioneers to ensure strong local connections and resources.

Chinese digital marketing strategy and brand management

    Develop a digital marketing strategy for the Chinese market to boost engagement and brand visibility.

     Manage daily operations and promotions on Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).

    Create engaging online content in Chinese for targeted digital platforms.

    Collaborate with design teams to produce marketing materials for both online and offline promotion.

    Partner with brands to create sponsored content and strengthen the brand's presence on Chinese social media.

Requirements-

     Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

    5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role in Greater China.

    Proven success in developing marketing strategies and campaigns in Greater China.

    Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing for Greater China.

    Proficient in social media content creation in both Chinese and English.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Professional standard of Mandarin and English, with knowledge of both the Chinese and Irish markets.
