Marketing Administrator. Dublin. Irlanda

Job Description:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will support in the execution of marketing activities of the brand across the Island of Ireland business.

You will also be required to support the existing franchisee network in undertaking marketing activities and develop their skillset to allow them to broaden their marketing initiatives. You will also provide periodic updates to the franchisee network.

You will take ownership of any customer queries, complaints and online payment issues received into head office, and will also liaise with the franchisee network to support in their local customer complaints handling procedure.

You will also support the wider team with new product development and modification of our menu platforms, as such you will oversee and investigate any online transaction payment issues by liaising with our Point-of-Sale provider to establish cause of and find solution to the issue at hand.

Day-to-day, you'll be working collaboratively within our marketing team and alongside external agencies (Creative, Media, PR, Digital) on planning and executing campaigns, offers and promotions that drive volume, traffic and sales across all Four Star Pizza locations throughout the Island of Ireland.

Key Requirements:

Education: Master's Degree in Marketing or related field:

Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and practices.

Knowledge in areas such as market research, consumer behaviour, branding, and advertising.

Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics.

Experience: Food Business Administration:

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing within the food industry.

Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management in the food sector.

Familiarity with food industry regulations, trends, and consumer behaviour.

Digital Marketing Campaigns: Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Market Research and Consumer Insights: Ability to conduct market research and analyse consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.

Budget Management: Experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering cost-effective campaigns.

Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams.

Adaptability and Innovation: Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and innovate marketing strategies.
