Our café is a new and exciting place where quality, creativity and hospitality are paramount. We offer a wide selection of delicious dishes, freshly brewed coffee and pastries, all made from the best ingredients.

Your areas of responsibility:

Daily management of the café, including planning and coordination of operations

Ensure high quality and service for our guests

Ordering goods and stock management

As part of the team, as needed, you will be able to access all work areas in the café, including refilling, cash register operation, co-operation, etc.

Implement and maintain hygiene and safety standards

Develop and implement marketing activities to seek and retain customers

We are looking for you who:

Has experience within the café or restaurant industry, preferably as a manager or in a similar managerial position

Is a strong and motivating leader who can inspire and develop your team.

Has a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service

Is flexible and able to work in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment

Has basic knowledge of financial management and personnel management
