What you will do

You will contribute to the development of the company and be part of the transformation of our business into a more sustainable transport industry.

You will be delivering new solutions and driving change processes and new ways of working. Together with cross functional teams develop solutions for the future. Cooperation with our markets and within the plant is crucial for success.

Handling order-intake, production planning as well as outbound transports are some of tasks within Your team.

Your future team

The position and team is based in Borås. Your diverse team of 12 people delivers a much appreciated support to the markets and the plant. The areas of expertise vary from logistics, product, production planning to systems knowledge and sales like qualities.

Leadership qualities and a drive that will give the team a further push towards excellence. You have a structured way of working. Used to challenges and changing circumstances. Earlier leadership experience with excellent motivational strengths. Working with deadlines as well as communicational skills will be important for success.

We’re looking for You who have a proven academic background within finance, logistics, supply-chain or similar. A good knowledge/understanding of systems and structures, maybe SAP and Office plus Power-BI. Previous experience within supply-chain, logistics, planning and/or sales support is an asset. Main language within the Volvo Group is English, all tough Swedish is used internally in Borås.
