In your role as a Maintenance Manager you will be in charge of:

• Ensure the hypermarket facilities properly work by undertaking corrective and preventative maintenance (GMAO)

• Keep record of the facilties and machinery spec documentation.

• Manage overhead costs such as those related to the regular operations of the company (water and electricity supply among others), as well as maintenance subcontracts (cooling, air conditioning, PCI, etc.)

• Produce reports and attend to meetings with the Senior Management to assess potential budget deviations, propose further investments and conduct the monitoring of the group's assets.
