Work tasks: We are looking for a location manager/cook/server in Helsinki who wants to join our healthy lifestyle brand – Flamingo Bowl! ????

Poke Bowl has just opened a new and modern restaurant, Flamingo Bowl, in the Forum shopping center in Helsinki, and now we need you – a passionate, energetic person who values a healthy lifestyle and wants to provide our guests with the best experience.

What do we expect from you?

???? Excellent proficiency in both Finnish and English

???? Previous experience in the food service industry

???? Passion for healthy food and a desire to work in a youthful team

???? A positive attitude and a desire to bring joy through excellent service

Duties:

???? Serving customers at the cashier

???? Preparing raw materials: chopping, cutting, grating.

???? Preparing food according to recipes

???? Checking stocks and ordering new ingredients

???? Cleaning the kitchen and dining area

???? Supervising the performance of colleague's duties.

???? Checking the quality of cleanliness.

???? Checking the completion of evening duties and giving feedback if deficiencies are found.

???? Managing inventories

???? Carrying out inspections of his/her own premises

???? Organising local meetings.

???? Training new employees
