Loads and Aeroelastics Engineer (m/f/d) for Aviation

You will determine aircraft static and dynamic loads for this unique configuration and envelope. Furthermore, you will perform linear aeroelastic simulations. The following tasks await you:

- Determine aircraft static and dynamic loads for this unique configuration and envelope

- Perform linear aeroelastic simulations

- Support the development multibody dynamics and the calculation of ground loads

- Support the definition of modelling strategies to analyse the aircraft behaviour

- Support the validation of aircraft models with the aid of on-ground and in-flight testing results

Your profile:

- A university degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineer, or a comparable field

- Work experience in Loads and Aeroelastic computations

- Experience with numerical analysis, and in correcting DLM with CFD and/or wind tunnel test results

- Proficiency with Multibody Dynamics codes (Motion Solve, Adams, etc.)

- Experience with control systems and Aeroservoelasticity, as well as in supporting the aircraft certification processes

- A target-oriented and driven work style with analytic problem-solving skills

- Fluent English and German language skills

- Tools: Python, Matlab

- Working on-site (remote work possible) and submission of English resume required
