As Business Developer...

… you will be responsible for further develop the client relationship, both tactical and strategical, with one of Stena Recycling’s biggest client. Stena Recycling’s goal is to be the first choice of collaboration partner and advisor to Northvolt in their continuous expansion and development of their Gigafactory in Skellefteå. This is a new role at Stena Recycling and an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to form and develop the role themselves. You are expected to identify, network and develop relations with decisionmakers at the client to continue Stena’s work towards a circular recycling solution together with the client. You will also continuously together with the client identify, document and demonstrate improvements, efficiencies and value-creating activities in terms of building client value and a circular economy.

Work tasks

* Securing a good mixture of short term as well as long term activities with the common goal to optimize client value.  

* Develop and package client offers with clear communicated client value.  

* Together with supporting functions and the right resources, drive and implement identified value-creating activities within time frame and budget as well as continuously communication ongoing/finished activities towards client and company.  

* Always strive for a close collaboration and coordination with others within the company’s regional/national organizations such as branch, product areas, specialists as well as Circular Solutions and Circular Consulting.  

* Support the support functions within the company with sales- and volume prognosis, as well as staying ahead to inform about eventual product changes and/or new launches of products from client.  

* Develop and ensure alignment with the client through professional and documented communication about eventual changes, agreements, target goals and efficiencies.  

* Act as a support towards other organizations within the company when it comes to the Gigafactory segment.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are business-savvy and great at building long lasting relationships, both externally with clients as well as internally with your co-workers. You thrive in a complex environment, as well as excel in your communication skills. You also find creative solutions to problems and have the ability to see the bigger picture. Furthermore, you are updated on current market trends within the industry.

Qualifications;

- +10 years’ experience of similar role

- Experience from commercial project management

- Excellent presentation- and rhetorical skills

- Experience from sales towards senior stakeholders, such as management etc.

- Experience from recycling/manufacturing. Preferably towards the process industry

- University degree in relevant area

- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike
