On behalf of our client who is specialized in tailoring unique travel experiences, we are now looking for a project coordinator for their Leisure team. In the role as a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transportation services, guided tours, and local experiences.

The role focuses on developing tailored itineraries in the Nordic countries requested by travel agencies for their demanding individual clients and groups. If necessary, our team will support you in understanding the best logistics.

Requires a fast and proactive approach, especially during peak vacation periods. We are looking for you who like to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and have a good eye for attention to detail.

The position is a long-term staffing assignment through Academic Work, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Work tasks

* Send emails to the clients and suppliers regarding proposals.  

* Collaborate with other project managers.  

* Confirming availability with the suppliers  

* Strong attention to details  

* If necessary, research flight prices and availability on airline websites.  

* Manage communication with suppliers via email

VI SÖKER DIG SOM

- Good knowledge of booking processes, flight ticketing, and overall travel logistics

- Strong proficiency in Excel

- Project management skills

- Excellent skills in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)

- Knowledge of Nordic regions

It is meritorious if you have

- Knowledge in Swedish, French or English
