Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
Your mission: Our Human Resources department is growing, and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Within the HR department, you will join the Learning and Development team where you will support the L&D team in managing all administrative aspects of the execution of training programs.
This includes database management, materials/resources preparation, evaluation, and financing. You will also liaise with our Training and Event Organization teams all activities related to training bookings and scheduling.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of training activities and providing essential support to the L&D team.
Be a part of our team where you will:
Provide administrative support for the L&D team, including printing and filing documents for training sessions.
Coordinate with TEO to manage the scheduling and booking of training sessions, including coordinating with trainers and participants.
Maintain and update departmental databases related to training programs and employee development.
Assist in the evaluation of training programs by collecting and analyzing feedback from participants.
Support the financing aspects of training programs, including budget tracking and expense reporting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and procedures

Have a degree with a relevant specialization (HR, business administration etc.);
Show knowledge or are curious to learn more about Learning Technology tools (Articulate, Vyond etc.);
Have an interest in the L&D trends and the new learning technologies;
Have excellent communication skills in English. Good command of French and/or German will be considered an asset;
Are service-oriented and can develop a long-term partnership with all training stakeholders;
Are open-minded, curious and proactive.
