Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

•Handle day-to-day activities related to KYC/AML tasks within MIBL Fund Administration Department;

•Act as central point of contact with new and existing invertors to collect and follow-up the information MIBL needs to receive to comply with Luxembourg legal and regulatory KYC/AML requirements;

•Analyse the documentation received as first line of defence to asses their validity and interact with the second line of defence if needed to ensure a swift approval or any further request to investors;

•Document properly MIBL AML system and ensure all investor files are complete and up-to-date;

•Liaise with investors and clients in a clear and professional manner to ensure a high level of services.

Your Profile:

•Academic degree in Finance or Law Studies;

•Experience of at least 2 years in a similar role;

•Strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML rules applicable to Investment Fund investors, especially in the context of Alternative Investment Funds with large institutional investors;

•Proactive and problem-solving attitude;

•Good command of MS office suite;

•Fluency in English, any other language such as German, French or Japanese would be an asset.
