What you will do:

- Act as the first point of contact for customers.

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

- Processing orders, forms, applications & requests.

- Communicating & coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

What you will bring:

- Fluency in Finnish.

- Very good communication skills in English.

- Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.

- Computer knowledge/tech savviness.

- Resourceful, able to multitask.
