We at Skippers are seeking a head chef for a 100% position at our maritime restaurant in Fagerstrand. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about exploring and conveying Flavors from the African kitchen, especially seafood and exotic dishes. Salary: based qualifications

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

· Thrives on responsibility and can handle multiple tasks at the same time.

· Communicates clearly, both in writing and verbally (working languages: Norwegian or -and English).

· Works structured and efficiently.

· Has a diploma and relevant experience in culinary arts.

· Possesses in-depth knowledge of seafood and special expertise in exotic dishes from the African continent, focusing on maritime spices.

· Is familiar with the use of various vegetables in relation to seafood
