Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
To ensure that the kitchen is kept to a high hygiene standard and to assist in the preparation and serving of a variety of food
The Kitchen Assistant will:
Carry out assigned and delegated tasks under the supervision of the Head Chef
Assist in the operation of standard cooking equipment such as oven/hobs, boilers, steamers, toasters, choppers etc.
Participate and direct in the cleaning of the kitchen and equipment
Comply with all policies and procedures relevant to the job role including those that incorporate health and safety, HACCP, infection control and waste disposal
Undertake such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Head Chef

Leaving Certificate or Equivalent
