Entity:  ArcelorMittal Europe Flat Products & EPO, CMO Auto

Report to: CMO Packaging

Working location: Luxembourg Petrusse

Job description

Duties & Responsabilities :

The mission is to:

• Develop the sales

• Define budget following commercial strategy for the accounts

• Determine price offers for customers with a strategic thinking mindset

• Develop customers intimacy and manage the development of the commercial relationship

• Lead the commercial team of these automotive accounts

Your role will include activities such as:

• Ensure full market analysis of your customers perimeter with Marketing team support. Coordinate local Marketing Intelligence activities and report to CMO          

• Propose business plan for perimeter

• Negotiate and implement sales contracts

•  Monitor Client satisfaction follow up, analyze and share results with Technical team and mills.

Education :

• Master in Business Development/Marketing, or in Industrial Engineering

Skills & Specifications :

•  A high level of autonomy

•  A strong sense of human and commercial relationship and customer focus

• Capacity to communicate within the Customer Team and to work in an international environment

• High results orientation: meets deadlines using good time management and allocation of priorities; makes appropriate, clear decisions and recommendations based on a review of facts, priorities, resources, constraints and alternatives; contributes to problem solving by submitting and testing ideas for solutions and by anticipating and overcomes problems

• Teamwork skills: works effectively with others in a group setting; shares information and resources in the team; works with others to reach common goals; aligns personal objectives with team objectives; applies personal skills to add value; deals honestly and fairly with others, showing consideration and respect

• Mindset and professional behavior in line with digitalization transformation of the sales process

•  Good leadership skills

Work experience requirements :

• 5 years of experience in B to B sales

• Travel flexibility: Over 50%

Languages :  

• English and German languages mandatory.
