Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, business executive, with a passion for Supply Chain to build on our market leadership position.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for dealing with a specific portfolio of Allphar principals and customers. This will involve working with the relevant Key Account Managers on day to day basis on client management and also as the conduit between the client and the internal business units. The individual will be responsible for generating daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports and supporting regular business reviews both internally with key stakeholders and externally with Principals. You will be required to maintain a high level of service and look after clients/customers in all respects, including any operational issues that may arise.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting the reporting requirements of the broader Allphar Key Account Management team
Develop and drive operational metrics, which ensures that the group is meeting their business required goals.
Supporting the Key Account Management team with key strategic IT projects for principals
Responsibility for key client related activities and tasks across the full principal portfolio
Day to day support and engagement with key personnel with the dedicated principals
Working in partnership with the Key Account Managers to develop and maintain a strong relationship with Principal management to ensure the client is confident and satisfied with the service Allphar provides
Produce monthly business updates for internal management and external clients
Strong analytical and validation skills, manipulating data to present actionable insights to the team.
Cleansing, Interrogating and analysing multiple sources of data, and finding ways to calibrate this data (combining internal and external data, financial and non-financial data)
Collaborate with other functions to gather relevant data in a timely manner and checking the accuracy of all sources.
Generate all reporting, pricing and operational metrics, which ensures that the group is meeting their business reporting goals across the portfolio of multinational clients.
Deliver a clear set of principal KPI’s to ensure market leading reporting, pricing and stock capabilities are met.
Recommend and implement where feasible alternate solutions and be a catalyst for change to improve the customer experience.
IT interface management.
Follow internal system processes but be flexible to adapt to different responsibilities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Requirements:
The candidate should have a strong interest in the healthcare sector, and a passion to learn the supporting elements of financial reporting, operational excellence and IT support
2yrs related experience with a focus on pharmaceutical product distribution
Capability of supporting multiple complex projects and clients at one time
Advanced PC skills- Excel/SAP desirable
Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
