Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Collaborate with suppliers and sourcing team members worldwide to secure pricing and delivery schedules.

- Support account managers by assisting in the negotiation of deals based on various factors, including price, lead time, and market conditions, ensuring competitive quoting.

- Foster and nurture supplier relationships, as well as distribution channels, both overseas and locally.

- Assist in optimizing service quality, business growth, and customer satisfaction by liaising between Account Managers, Sales leaders, and the IPO team to qualify opportunities.

- Generate and process purchase orders, sourcing results, and ensure all IPs are promptly updated in the Rebound Trading System (GT).

- Ensure all systems-based and administrative tasks are executed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Demonstrates a keen interest in electronic component purchasing.

- Possesses some initial professional and project experience in a related field.

- Has knowledge of computing components such as CPUs, memory, SSDs, HDDs, GPUs, and motherboards.

- Shows strong drive and motivation to succeed.

- Exhibits a solution-oriented approach and is willing to take ownership.

- Thrives under pressure and can effectively manage workload demands.

- Displays excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
