We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fund Controller for our client. The Junior Fund Controller will support the fund controlling team in various fund administration tasks, primarily focusing on capital call and distribution review.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

    Assist Fund Controllers in reviewing and processing capital calls and distributions.

    Ensure accuracy and compliance with fund documents and investor agreements.

    Support the computation and review of management fees.

    Prepare and maintain detailed records and documentation for all capital call and distribution activities.

    Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

    Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements and investor reports.

    Participate in reviewing and improving internal processes and controls related to fund administration.

    Respond to inquiries from investors and internal stakeholders regarding capital calls and distributions.

    Assist in the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.

Qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    At least 2 years of experience in fund administration in a service provider in Luxembourg.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

    Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Fluent in English and other languages is an asset.
