(Junior) IT Customer Support Agent with German (IT-Kundenbetreuer/in)

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

- Being a competent support regarding procurement domain

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support in English (B2) and German (C1)

- Communicating and building a good relationship with team and our customers

- Acknowledging and resolving customer requests

- Fulfilling requests with accuracy and attention to details

- Maintaining process database and documentation

- Cooperating with colleagues from the team and other departments to provide the best service

- Active participation in the IT community

- Working with Product Manager responsible for respective system to better understand the technical background

- Taking part in building strong IT 1st level support for entire LH Group

- Troubleshooting problems related to system and applications, Data related issues, mapping specific issues

- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Ihr Profil:

- Master/Bachelor degree

- Both German (C1) & English (B2) language skills

- Previous customer service experience

- Previous corporate experience

- High level understanding of technical aspects

- Knowledge related to domain (Procurement)

- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work

- Strong time management and organizational skills
