(Junior) Accountant with German (Buchhalter/in). Polonia

- Receiving and processing accounting documents (physical/electronic) following procedures, accounting principles, chart of accounts, and cost structures

- Ensuring necessary authorizations are obtained per procedures

- Initiating creation or changing vendor master data in accounting system

- Managing communication with customers and partners, providing necessary reports and analysis

- Proactively reconciling accounts and clarifying open items

- Monitoring discrepancies between expected costs and invoices, initiating corrections in IT systems or supplier debit notes

- Tracking statuses of open cases

- Providing updates to finance or airport management on unpaid receivables and unresolved items

- Estimating and settling accruals and provisions for invoices

- Ensuring service levels for timeliness and accuracy are meting

- Executing monthly/yearly objectives

- Supporting communication with customers in German, handling both verbal and written interactions

- Performing tasks with support from experienced colleagues

- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Ihr Profil:

- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines

- 1 year of experience in FI processes (SSC or BPO environment) for Accountant position

- Any professional experience in corporate environment will be an asset for Junior Accountant position

- Good command of English – min. B1

- German language proficiency – at least B1 level

- Good command of all Windows applications
