Job at Moving Talent

We are looking for engaged and responsible staff to join our event and conference team. As part of the team, you will play a central role in the planning and execution of conferences, congresses, trade shows, and other large events throughout the Copenhagen area. You will help ensure that everything runs smoothly and that guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your tasks may vary, but can include:

- Welcoming and registering guests

- Guiding and providing information to participants

- Coordinating logistics, such as transportation, catering, and technical support

- Setting up and dismantling equipment and decorations

- Ongoing communication with guests, suppliers, and partners

- Problem-solving during events.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in event planning or customer service (experience from hotels, restaurants, or conference centers is a plus)

- Is service-minded and enjoys an outgoing role

- Is flexible and can work both days, evenings, and weekends

- Is studying or working but wants more challenges/activities in daily life

- Is a team player but can also work independently

- Speaks and writes fluent English (Danish and other languages are a plus)

- Is interested in working at events and conferences.
