How will you contribute?
You'll:
• Be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT/IS operations / Helpdesk team, ensuring prompt and effective technical support to all LIST users.
• Coordinate and lead the work of a team, coordinates with other IT/IS teams for the implementation of processes or initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, or security.
• Agree teams' goals or priorities with hierarchical line.
• Define plans and sets day-to-day operational objectives for the team.
• Adapt work plans to deal with new or changing demands.
• Maintain steady workflow and productivity and makes decisions to resolves issues.
• Communicate with parties within and outside of area of work, which may include internal and external constituents.
• Improve processes or tools to enhance performance of their team.

Education
• Specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices obtained through technical training or vocational diploma or certification combined with at least 6-7 years of experience in the field.
Experience and skills
• Proven competencies on work organisation, knows how to define work plans, assign resources, and schedule tasks. Has a good sense of prioritisation.
• Knows well the functioning of LIST and the links between the different areas of work.
• Strong technical and analytical knowledge, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prepare documentation in line with relevant situational requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in French and in English, in oral and in written.
