Responsibilities

    Manage vLans and subnets to maintain the company network and switches.

    Oversee Active Directory Management for server applications (including Domain controllers, Application servers, File Servers etc.).

    Maintain SQL Server, including daily reporting and data transfer using SSIS packages.

    Assess infrastructure requirements, system integrations, data migration, and customization needs for the ERP system.

    Work closely with all departments to address technical needs.

    Install and maintain computers and devices (PCs, phones, handheld devices).

    Purchase IT and related equipment.

    Conduct Business Intelligence Reporting using proper softwares.

    Patch & Vulnerability Management (e.g. MECM, WSUS, Microsoft 365 Defender)

    Management of software deployment

    System Documentation

    System and Security reviews

    File services (DFS, NTFS etc)

Qualifications, Requirements and Experience

    An IT or equivalent qualification with business experience

    Experience in Windows system administration

    Experience or knowledge of IT security in an ISO 27001 framework

    At least some knowledge of powershell scripting

    Experience with backup systems, ideally with Veeam Backup & Replication

    MS-SQL, SQL queries, Transact SQL scripting, Interface development, SSRS reporting

    VMware administration

    System management of cloud-based services (Azure)

    SharePoint or Web front end experience
