Recruiting Specialist (m/f). Luxemburgo

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join the Human Resource Team of the Lux Tire Plant department and support in the following tasks:

• Manage and continuously improve the process of recruiting hourly associates (qualified and non-qualified)

• Monitor recruitment efficiency and success rate indicators vs the manning plan and adopt effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to ensure required manning on time

• Drive employer branding and networking in Luxembourg and cross-border areas to attract technical talent to the plant

• Manage candidate sourcing and vacancy communication (internal and external channels, incl. social media)

• Coordinate recruitment sessions and interviews, oversee the selection process, including candidate testing (cognitive/dexterity/ soft skills)

To join our team you will need:

Education:

You must hold a Bachelor or Master degree in HR or Business Administration or have relevant experience in the area of recruitment.

Languages:

• You must have a very good level (writing and speaking) of French, and at least communicative knowledge of English.

• Other languages, especially German and Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset.

IT, Soft Skills & others:

• Good Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint

• Good communication skills

• Familiarity with digital job boards and social media usage for recruitment

• Professionalism & good presentation skills to represent the company in external events and meetings

• Previous recruiting/HR experience in Manufacturing environment

• Proactive and willing to learn

• Team spirit
