IT Manager (SAP)

Location:​Dublin. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

This role will be the IT Manager (SAP) and reports into the Ireland Tax Hub GM and have a dotted line within the Information Technology Group. The role will be based in Ireland. The role will partner with Product, Offering, Engineering and Order Management teams to work with the IT systems – such as SAP, Salesforce, Flexera, Siebel and internal tools used by the Ireland Hub to provide global sales and distribution of the Honeywell software products.

In addition, the Ireland Hub is working to implement SAP S4 HANA and SAP BRIM to provide subscription & entitlement management of its SaaS and on-prem products. This role will be responsible for deploying standards in the new tool, working with their functional partners, and performing training.

Duties

       Review the performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.

       Partner with business groups to set strategic direction and develop and improve IT systems, processes and procedures.

       Promote and guide the integration of SAP systems to critical business systems

       Own design, operations and promote of internal IT systems used by the Ireland Hub such as software distribution and license generation services.

       Ensure IT compliance with local country laws and minimise cybersecurity risks of the Ireland Hub systems.

       Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends and share best practices with the IT organisation.

       Manage day to day IT operations and end-user support.

Key requirements:

       Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.

      5 years working in an IT, SAP of relevant Business Analyst role.

       Understanding of enterprise IT systems and tools such as SAP, Salesforce & Siebel.

       Experience working with SAP modules such as FI/CO.

       Managing SAP projects and managing software development life cycles.

       Working with a programming language such as bash, python, Java.
