Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
About The Role
• Daily oversight of Funds in accordance with set policies and procedures
• Perform technical due diligence on the service providers and monitoring of KPIs
• Review of control matrices (Investment Guidelines and Prospectuses rules)
• Administrative follow-up of LFR, Annual reports (with Custodian, Fund Admin, auditors, CSSF)
• Perform pre-trade checks (second line reviewer)
• Provide advice on interpretation of the regulatory rules impacting the business and undertaking required gap analysis / assessing their impact on the business
• Document the oversight on the list of eligible markets
• Act as the back-up of the Risk Manager in charge of Investment Risk Oversight
About You
• Proven experience in Compliance within the fund industry
• Sound understanding of management companies/AIFM business activities and responsibilities
• Experience of dealing with regulatory matters and confident interaction with regulators
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Ability to work accurately under pressure within tight deadlines
