Your mission:

Our Core Project Unit is growing, and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

The Core Project Unit is a department responsible of overseeing all projects performed within PwC Luxembourg and the team aims to increase its capability to drive business transformation initiatives (organizational, technologic, cultural).

Be a part of our team where you will:  

    Initiate small to large-scale, complex internal projects by defining objectives, scope, and stakeholders' requirements;

    Identify the priorities with the Sponsor and implement proper project governance model;

    Build and develop the project team (including internal or external resources) to ensure performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation;

    Drive the planning of project timelines, resources, and budget;

    Execute project activities and ensure effective risks management;

    Monitor project progress and if necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements are met;

    Establish and maintain a productive relationship with internal stakeholders, raising relevant issues and risks and provide up-to-date information on project status to the management;

    Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.

Let's talk about you. If you …

    Have at least 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in internal consulting or a related field;

    Robust understanding of best practices in project and process management;

    Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders within PwC Luxembourg;

    Excellent presentation skills;

    Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets;

    Hold a master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field;

    Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Prince2,..) are considered as an asset;

    Are fluent in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in French is a valuable asset.
