The opportunity

As part of the Consulting team, you will collaborate on challenging projects alongside high performing professionals from different backgrounds. Together we will advise clients on executive level in the Financial Services industry to improve or transform their businesses, optimize their capabilities and help them drive sustainable growth and manage risk while achieving excellence. Over the course of each project, you will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. You'll also present results to the client team members and implement recommendations with them.

Your key responsibilities

You can expect to work with team members across various topics, including business strategy and transformation, revenue improvement, customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory change. While contributing to client engagements, you will widen your scope of expertise and gain more responsibility as your level of experience increases. Through formal and on-the-job training and mentoring, you will develop valuable leadership skills that will not only make you effective in your role but will help you reach your career objectives.

To qualify for the role you must have

    An excellent academic track record in one of the following fields: management, business administration, economics, finance or engineering

    2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry either at a consulting company or at an insurer (in either life or non-life insurance)

    Deep understanding of one or more areas of the insurance value chain and related processes

    Outstanding records of academic, professional or extracurricular achievement

    Strong analytical skills, a capacity to think strategically and superior problem-solving skills

    Very good command of Microsoft Office tools

    Excellent written, communication and presentation skills in English

Ideally, you'll also have

    Italian, French and/or German language skills
