IT Infrastructure Consultant. Østjylland. Dinamarca

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Consultant with excellent communication skills for our client in the Pharma Industry.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• Relevant experience from a similar position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• Proficient in various IT systems and infrastructure.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
• Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
• Strong English skills
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with the IT team in managing the daily operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the IT infrastructure
• Assist in the implementation of new systems and policies
• Prepare and present reports on system performance and health
• Participate in IT projects to improve the IT infrastructure
• Ensure the security of IT systems and data
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with other teams and stakeholders
• Provide technical support and guidance to users
