- Leading the planning, scheduling, and coordination of SAP SuccessFactors releases

- Managing the end-to-end release process

- Ensuring adherence to release management best practices and standards, maintaining a balance between agility and governance

- Identifying potential risks and issues related to releases, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact on system stability and performance

- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define release objectives, scope, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities

- Overseeing the SAP release cycle, including planning, coordination, and execution

- Collaborating with SAP development, testing, and support teams

- Managing release risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies

- Ensuring thorough testing and validation of all releases before deployment

- Maintaining detailed records of release history and associated documentation

- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Ihr Profil:

- University Degree in Business Informatics, Informatics or similar disciplines

- 3+ years of experience within international, practical experience in IT project management or a related field

- 3+ years in analyzing and translating business / functional requirements

- Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written)

- German language skills are a strong plus

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

- General understanding of IT infrastructure and strong affinity to IT

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Optional: Certification as CISM, CISSP or similar

- Experience in SAP release management or a similar role

- In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and release management processes

- Experience with SAP development and testing methodologies

- Familiarity with change management and ITIL processes

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment

- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
