The opportunity:

You will have the opportunity to join a multinational team for a new factory using innovative technology and state of the art equipment. Within that team you will be responsible for executing and coordinating the following topics:

• Contribute to the elaboration and the implementation of the Goodyear digitalization strategy in the plant, from data extraction to Braincube, in order to improve Operational KPI's, like Quality, internal and customer, Delivery and Cost.

• Identify and select the needed data, in collaboration with process owners and specialists, extract and structure them following Goodyear data standardization principles.

• Create, maintain, and exploit Digital Twins for every process, in collaboration with Brain Cube Regional/Global support and Braincube supplier, obtain and retain the Braincube knowledge.

• Provide support (user and technical) on all local manufacturing & corporate systems. Assists with establishing regional IT standards and support the deployment of industry 4.0 roadmap in Dudelange.

• Applies expertise in programming procedures to complex programs; recommends the redesign of programs, investigates, and analyzes feasibility and program requirements, and often develops program specifications.

• Provides coordination for all or appropriate portions of activities associated with the planning, execution, controlling, and closing of assigned, IT related projects.

Education and experience:

University degree in IT/Electronics/Engineering with data analytical expertise.

Languages:

The candidate needs to have a good command of English. German and/or French will be considered as an asset.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Firm knowledge of IT components (server, network, OS, DBMS, etc.)

• Good understanding of manufacturing control systems components (PLC's, Safety components, etc).

• Firm understanding of manufacturing business processes.

• Ability to execute a project independently by applying the Project Management Principles

• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change etc). Excellent verbal and written communication skills
