ICT Risk Manager. Luxemburgo

About this position

We are looking for high-potential, multi-skilled talents to grow our Delivery management team and support our growth with one or more of our customers. Your objectives and level of responsibility (client portfolio, project complexity, involvement in operations steering) will be adapted according to your experience and background.

    Manage our multi-disciplinary teams and our delivery activities on client projects.

    Ensure timely and quality delivery and strive for a high level of client satisfaction.

    Understand the client's digital ecosystem and identify key decision-makers.

    Develop a relationship of trust with decision-makers.

    Become a recognized and legitimate peer to these decision-makers, capable of advising and challenging them, with the support of our business and technical experts, on use case and ICT risk management, IT compliance, Cybersecurity and technological innovation opportunities.

Job purpose

    Lead ICT risk management engagements : ICT risk analysis, gap assessment, Follow up remediation, Risk based approach…

    Lead IT audits (internal or external auditor position).

    Share expertise and experience with the team developing and maintaining ICT risk methodology, IT audit work programs.

    Lead the definition, the planning, the organization, the management and the realization of ICT risk assignments.

    Accountable for the reporting of findings and formalization of added value recommendations.

    Produce quality reports requiring limited review workload from management.

    Lead or contribute to the workgroups into the communities at Forvis Mazars group level.

Main competencies

    Proven very strong expertise in one or several of the following domains is required: IT audit, data governance / management, data analytics, IT project/change management, business continuity, Solvency II.

    Knowledge of standard IT audit methodologies, frameworks and tools is a clear plus.

    Inquiring and analytical mindset. Rigorous with strong perseverance skills.

    Ability to anticipate risks and to take initiatives. Can handle unforeseen changes.

    Demonstrates capacities to convince his/her interlocutors, including in contexts of conflict and complex situations.

    Good organizational and time management skills. High level of autonomy.

    Open-minded and dynamic, ability to work within a multicultural team.

Experience

    Engineer, min 4 years of IT audit / advisory experience or min. 6 years of IT operational experience.

    Experience and good IT skills regarding IT general matters.

    Professional certifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP, CGEIT, CRISC ITIL, ISO 2700x, COBIT, NIST, ISF, etc.

    Passionate about technology and disruption trends in a digital world.

    Understanding of information risk, vendor risk and operational risk management and controls.

    Understanding of Financial services industry regulatory frameworks.
