ICT Manager. Irlanda

Role Overview:

As the ICT Manager at Pardflo, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our information and communication technology systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our IT operations, supporting our team with robust technology solutions, and driving digital innovation within the company. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our systems and guiding our technology strategy to align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

    ICT Strategy Development: Develop and implement an effective ICT strategy that aligns with Pardflo’s business objectives and supports our operational needs.

    System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

    Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT systems, networks, and applications.

    Security and Compliance: Ensure that IT security measures are in place to protect the organization’s data and systems, and that all IT operations comply with relevant regulations and best practices.

    Project Management: Lead ICT projects from conception to completion, including the implementation of new technologies, system upgrades, and process improvements.

    Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the best service and value for Pardflo.

    Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the ICT skills of employees and promote efficient use of technology resources.

    Budgeting and Planning: Prepare and manage the ICT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of technology and service.

Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICT management or a similar role, with a proven track record in managing IT operations and infrastructure.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CompTIA) are a plus.

    Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ICT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and security. Proficiency in system administration and familiarity with cloud technologies.

    Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

    Project Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing IT projects, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver on time and within budget.

    Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.

    Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team of IT professionals.
