Crossflow Airconditioning Ltd is looking for a Technical Support Assistant, the candidate will play a vital role in supporting our engineering team by providing technical support, managing documentation and ensuring smooth communication between departments. In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining equipment and ensuring projects run efficiently. You will also manage technical documentation such as schematics, manuals and reports, liaising with other departments to facilitate project completion. The candidate will also be involved in quality control, performing tests and inspections to ensure standards are met, and assisting with the setup and configuration of engineering systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in engineering or a related technical field, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You should be able to read and interpret technical documents and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and engineering software such as AUTOCAD and Navis & Revit.  Excellent communication and team working skills are essential for this role and previous experience in a technical support role would be an advantage.

Salary: € 36,000 per year, 39 hours per week , € 17.75 per hour
